Brief introduction Alkali  Substitution   JL-TA-A  is built compourd of organic alkali inorganic alkali and chelating agent .Acorrding to the different resistant-alkali,1/7 or 1/8.5 replace pure alkali as fixative alkali active dyeing traditional process ,because the competeivly buffer action and work liquid PH value stabilizer ability of

this product,high vate of fixation color,after dyeing and fixing,the fabric turn colored light pure and full,recur and level character pefect,

easier to chearout,it is suitable for intermission style machine, is the newest product of energy conservation and cost reduce inside and outside .

Technology properties

Components: Built compound of organic alkali ,inorganic alkali and chelating  agent.

Appearance: White powder

Solubility: diffluence under normal temperature,and better at 40-50.

Characteristics and capabilities

1.     profect chelate dispersing capability,easy diffluence without precipitation, Disperses evenly in the dye liquor,Avoids producing the adding bad  effect in the dyeing.

2.     easy to wash,especially in medium and deep color dyeing,under equal process ,without blaze cause to pure alkali wash incompletely.provide the better drying and wetting rubbing fastness than pure alkali.

3.     it is suitable for all kinds of intermission style machine,no colored limited .

4.     special for Green jade blue, light yellow, colorful blue, colorful green the dosage is 1/8.5,high vate of colored, recur and level character pefect.

5.     as usual process, the dosage is pure alkali 1/7-1/10,the details as following table(table1.table2)

6.     this product JL-TA-A, a little dosage, convenience to use,capability is stabilized,lightens labor intensity of operators greatly and reduce the space of warehouse.

Directions

1.     Dilutes suitably as take 10 times of water volume, Again presses the technological requirement to join at different times.
